Michael founded Stealth Construction in 2016, developing client relationships, building the company’s structure, and establishing its policies, procedures, and branding. As principal, he was responsible for recruiting the Stealth team and empowering them to flourish within the Stealth organization. Michael manages all employees from apprentices to the CEO. Michael is the determining factor in accelerating the company’s growth and executing on its future vision. Michael is versatile, tenacious, and is dedicated to Stealth’s success. No task is too menial, and no directive too daunting. He takes pride in creating a work environment where employees can advance and prosper.
Qualifications :Before founding Stealth, Michael spent 12 years in the construction industry filling key roles from sales to project management. Michael’s hands on approach, having put in the hard work to rise through the ranks of a corporate structure, has allowed him to successfully build a fast-growth construction business with a diversified breadth of clients. “If you cannot perform every position in your company, how can you hire the correct people to assist you?” is a core tenet of Michael’s. Michael is confident that optimum production and job satisfaction comes from the team that is shown that even the principal of the business has been in their shoes and can perform their tasks. He believes that coupling this mantra with a fulfilling and rewarding work environment is the recipe for any company’s growth. Michael believes positive reinforcement can always go a long way- “Sometimes pulling a team member aside and genuinely thanking them for their efforts is all it takes to motivate an employee to give their job 100%.”
Interests : As a fairly new business owner and a very new father, Michael does not have much time for his personal interests. When he does have a spare moment, he enjoys horticulture propagation, classic car customization, and mentoring all the people in his circle so that they can succeed.

Peter Scheidemann
Peter started in residential construction and remodeling in 2002 within a short time period he switched his focus to commercial construction. While in the commercial trades he has gained extensive knowledge on multi-location retail and grocery projects In 2016 Peter co-founded Stealth Construction Inc and has been an integral part to its success and vigorous growth. Peter understands that our client’s needs don’t stop for regular business hours and executes projects with this philosophy.
Fun Fact: On weekends you will either find him on the golf course or venturing somewhere in the great outdoors.

With over 20 years experience in Business Development and Client Engagement. Brian brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team.

David Gardner
Dave Gardner joined the Stealth team in 2018. Construction piqued Dave’s interest while he grew up working side by side with his father on job sites. After starting his career in construction, Dave pivoted to serve as a firefighter. After eight years as a firefighter, Dave decided to return to his first passion- construction.
Fun Fact: When Dave is not working construction, he enjoys remodeling his home, golfing, and fishing in his spare time.
Senior ProjectManager/ Superintendent
Greg Del Bonta
With over 30 years in the construction industry, most of it in high end-new construction and remodels, Greg brings experience, knowledge and an extremely high level of detail to the finished product. Greg also carries a General Contractors B license and is proficient in all trades associated with it.
Interests : In his free time Greg enjoys boating, surfing and snowboarding with his two sons.
Office Manager
Arienne Rockwell
Arienne has an array of responsibilities at Stealth Construction ranging from meeting internal company needs to client facing responsibilities. As our office manager Arienne coordinates HR processes, accounts payable, and receivable. In issuing payments to vendors Arienne became the go to person for onboarding vendors into our vendor management software. She also assists with construction service coordinating such as job site compliance, managing insurance requirements and subcontracts for projects. She strives to maintain, as well as help build on the standards of excellence that are associated with Stealth Construction.
Arienne joined Stealth Construction in 2016 and quickly became one of the most integral members of our coordinating team. Arienne brings a natural desire to create order, along with a sense of urgency and efficiency to problem solving. The office thrives from her high energy, attention to detail, and creative thinking qualities. With her many years of experience in the customer support field, a degree from UC Riverside, and her fluency in Spanish has made her role essential to the Stealth team.
Fun Fact: When Arienne isn’t in the office she loves reading, writing, and spontaneous trips to Disneyland! She loves the head mouse so much she has a “hidden Mickey” tattooed on her. She spends weekends enjoying downtime with her husband and new puppy.
Facility Manager
Ramón Snowden
Ramón Snowden Manager of Facility’s and Operations. With over 20 years in the industry including hospitality, industrial and in the private sector adding to Stealths already diverse Company culture.
Fun Fact: Ramón was a high school percussion and music theory instructor for over 14 years.
HR Manager
Paulina Morales
Paulina is responsible for keeping the flow of the day-to-day activities within the office. Her easy going nature and compassion have proven to be an asset in helping to keep the office a balanced and enjoyable working environment. Paulina assists with external or internal communication by helping to translate in Spanish when necessary, maintains the office organized, and aides the Office Manager with daily tasks. Paulina also heads up Stealth’s HR department.
Paulina is currently attending to Cal State East Bay to earn her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She believes in the success of hard work and the importance of working as a team striving to reach common goals. One of her biggest tools is her ability to listen and execute any task asked of her.
Fun Fact: In her off time Paulina especially loves to salsa dance, go for hikes, try new restaurants, travel, and spend as much quality time with her family, friends, and puppy.

Lauren Hodges
Lauren Chavez serves as Social Media Director to Stealth Enterprises. Lauren plays an integral role in the Stealth organization - promoting and managing Stealth’s associations memberships, charity events and social media campaigns.
Project Manager
Nathan Quesada
For almost 20 years, Nathan has been involved with project management, whether it was as a facilities manager, government contractor, building manager or otherwise.
His broad range of experience gives him the ability to identify the issues and problems a project will have before they happen, allowing him to provide top notch service and support on all his projects.
He is a proud military veteran who loves spending time with his children and doing anything outdoors.
Fun Fact: When he is not working or with his children, you can typically find him on a soccer field coaching, playing or instructing other coaches.

Galland Borino
30 years in the industry, Galland has been a part of all aspects of Construction.
Understanding how each function helps the project is vitally important, and As Lead Technician, Galland knows it all. He is our "Fixer". With his vast experience and knowledge he executes projects with ease, and is a truly irreplaceable part of the Stealth family.
Fun Fact: Galland enjoys spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

Azúl joined the world and Stealth in 2017 as the company's CMO.
Azúl' responsibilities include distracting employees, decreasing productivity and generally increasing morale for the company.
